陈海涛(1931.5—)山东招远人。擅长绘画、美术教育。1955年毕业于鲁迅美术学院绘画系并留校任教。学术委员会委员、硕士研究生导师，教授。作品多次参加国内外展览。作品有《年积月累》、《谷间人家》、《红樱桃》、《战斗的里程》、《纯洁的灵魂》、《劳工群》、《北大荒的女儿》、《古风流芳》等。
