赵小石，1983年入伍，毕业于无锡书法艺术专科学校、解放军艺术学院美术系国画专业。中国美术家协会会员，中国楹联协会会员，空军政治部专业画家，北京水墨线书画院院长。其作品18次入选中国美协主办的全国性大展并多次获奖，其中《世纪风云》获首届全国写意画大展优秀作品奖（最高奖），《聚焦》获首届全国新闻界美术大展一等奖。
