许标甲，辽宁营口人，1946年生。中国美术家协会会员，辽宁省中国画研究会理事、大石桥市美术家协会副主席、大石桥市画院副院长。一级美术师。1962年开始在贾平西、李宝瑞老师指导下学画，1985年于鲁迅美术学院深造，受业于季观之、孙恩同等先生。
艺术创作上主张面向生活，强调严谨的艺术构思，追求鲜明的艺术个性，表现深沉、优美的境界。主要作品有：《九月情》、《篱影深处》、《回首看江山》、《岁月》、《大余图》、《朝唱》、《晚秋》、《小河日月长》、《家在绿屏中》、《迎春》等，题材广泛，个性鲜明，风格突出。国画《残春》获东北三省水墨画优秀奖、《篱影深处》入选取全国首届中国花鸟画展。《花鸟》入选第八届全国美展，《秋光》入选第九届全国美展，《晚秋》入选第十届全国美展。作品被国内外多家美术馆博物馆收藏。
