林玉营，男，笔名林洞天，1960年10月出生，山东省日照市人，1986年毕业于山东艺术学院，中国农工民主党党员。现任日照市政协副主席，日照市文化广电新闻出版局副局长，农工党日照市委会主委，农工党山东省委常委，市文联副主席。系山东省美术家协会理事，山东省文化艺术科学技术协会常务理事，山东画院高级画师，山东省泰山画院副院长，日照市美术家协会常务副主席兼秘书长，日照市青年书法美术家协会名誉主席，日照市东港区书法美术家协会主席。国画作品《嵩》1987年获山东省“风筝杯”美术大展一等奖；〈山水〉1994年获第三届国际书画作品展览银奖；国画人物长卷(长150米、宽2米)〈中国近代百年风云录〉1991年在山东省博物馆展出，在山东画坛引起巨大轰动；国画人物〈苏武归汉〉1998年入选全国第八届“群星奖”；1999年〈书声画云溪〉获文化部优秀作品奖，并收藏。所作山水以气象取胜，观其落笔风雨快，笔所未到气已吞。辞条辑入《中国当代美术家人名录》、《中国现代美术家人名大辞典》、《中国当代艺术界名人录》等。
