李明久，号长白人、蹋山者，别署卧山堂主，吉林人。1964年毕业于哈尔滨艺术学院美术系。1978年调入河北师范大学美术系执教。现为河北师范大学美术学院教授，河北美术家协会副主席，中国美术家协会会员。擅长山水画，兼工书法及金石。师承关松房、王仙圃、尹瘦石等。《瑞雪》获第六届全国美展铜牌奖，藏于中国美术馆；《太行魂》获1986年日本东京国际美术展优秀奖；《狼牙山浩气图》等陈列于人民大会堂。另有作品藏于澳大利亚新南威尔士州艺术馆。1989年在福州、香港举办个人画展。曾应邀访问香港、菲律宾。出版有《李明久画集》。
