倪春林，河北师范大学美术学院国画系副教授，硕士。中国美术家协会会员，河北省美术家协会理事、中国画艺委会副秘书长，中国工笔画学会会员，中国重彩画会会员，北京工笔重彩画会会员。
1976年生，于山东莱阳，现为河北师范大学美术学院国画系副教授，硕士学位。毕业于山东艺术学院中国画系，2006年结业于中国艺术研究院研究生院蒋采苹重彩研究生班。现为中国美术家协会会员，河北省美术家协会理事、中国画艺委会副秘书长，中国工笔画学会会员，中国重彩画会会员，北京工笔重彩画会会员、河北逸书堂书画院名誉院长。他的生宣重彩作品多次入选国家级美展并获奖。作品多次在《美术》、《美术研究》、《美术观察》、《美术向导》等学术刊物发表并入选大型画册，部分作品被国内外艺术机构及收藏家收藏，出版有《当代中国画名家－倪春林》、《国画人物》等。
