李颖，别名李彬三，河北束鹿人。擅长中国画。1961年学习于北京中国画院研究生班。北京画院专业画家。作品有《山川新绿》、《阿里山云海》、《太行之晨》、《红旗渠》、《蜀江晓雪》、《峡江清晓》、《古塞秋晴》等。出版有《李颖山水画集》等。
1934年3月16日出生在中国河北省位伯镇。1961年考入北京中国画院研究生班深造四年，毕业后为专业画家。1963年首次以色造型创造了《山川新绿》参加中国青年美术作品展赴法国展出。1972年为北京人民大会堂台湾厅作《阿里山云海》，同年为北京钓鱼台国宾馆元首接待厅作《太行之晨》，周恩来总理、尼克松、田中角荣等国家元首曾在此画前留影；同年创作《红旗渠》参加北京市美展，人民画报等报刊民表。1982年《峨眉积雪》参加北京市美展，获优秀作品奖，入《北京画院画集》。同年《峡江清晓》参加中、日联展，在中国美术馆和日本展出。1985年《古塞秋睛》、《蜀江秋色》参加法国第十七届海滨涅城造型艺术节，获特等奖。1989年《李颖山水画集》出版。1992年迁居日本东京，开创现代重彩山水。1993年“李颖画展”在北京历史博物馆展出。同年《古塞长岭云漫漫》选为江泽民大型贺年片。1995年3月大阪特邀展，由东京住友画廊日本名山展出品。1996年9月东京《每日新闻》社主办“李颖个展”。1997年入选北京出版《世界名人录》并为顾问。主要作品有：《峨眉积雪》、《古塞秋晴》、《蜀江秋色》、《长白山天池》、《古塞长岭云漫漫》等。北京画院画家、中国美术家协会会员。
