毕业于青岛教育学院美术系，系中国美术家协会会员，山东美术家协会会员，中国民族画院特聘画师，青岛市群众艺术馆付研究馆员。从事美术创作工作35年，进行了大量的美术教育培训及美术创作工作，多件作品在全省，全国荣获大奖，有200多件作品发表于《解放军报》，《光明日报》，《解放军文艺》，《中国青年报》，《宁夏日报》，《人民军队报》等。主要艺术成就如下： 
1991年——创作《农家小院》版画入选第七届全国美术作品展览； 
1993年——创作《糖球会》中国画获文化部主办的首届“全国群星美术大展”的银奖； 
2001年——创作《时空变奏曲》中国画获文化部群文学会和台湾中华艺术基金会主办的“爱我中华全国中国画，油画大展”的铜奖；并入选由中国美协主办的“新时代中国画全国大展”； 
2002年——创作《阳光下》中国画获中国美术家协会主办的“迎奥运全国中国画作品展”的银奖； 
2003年——创作《阳光下之二》中国画获国家林业局，中国环保局和中国书画艺术委员会主办的“让世界充满绿全国书画大展”的金奖； 
2003年——创作《时空佳丽》中国画入选中国美术家协会主办的“海潮”杯全国中国画大展； 
2004年——创作《玫瑰色的梦》中国画获由国家民委，文化部，中国美协主办的“第二届全国少数民族美术作品”的铜奖； 
2004年——创作《阳光下的花季》中国画入选由中国美协主办的“纪念邓小平诞辰一百周年全国美术作品展”并在香港，上海，广州等十五个城市巡回展出；
