李册，男，1969年毕业于内蒙古师范大学美术系，1980年入内蒙古师范大学全国高教研修班主修人体素描、中国画。现为中国美术家协会会员，河北省美术家协会会员，内蒙古美术家协会会员，河北涿州美协主席，河北涿州艺术师范美术教授。1986年保定地委、行署授予建国40年来文艺贡献突出荣誉证书。
中国画坛100著名画家之一，中国画100精英之一。
擅长中国人物画，速写，水彩画，作品曾多次参加香港，台湾，日本，韩国，澳大利亚，加拿大，美国各类展览，并获奖、出版、发表、收藏，曾在河北、北京举办个人画展。个人资料已载入《中国当代美术家大辞典》（上海出版），《中国现代美术家大辞典》（陕西出版），《中国美术年鉴》（北京出版），《中国书画收藏收藏名典》《亚洲书画界人物录》《中国美术家协会会员辞典》及国际艺术人才交流中心。
