桑蕾，女，1978年4月生于吉林，中国美术家协会会员，中国同泽书画研究院理事，吉林省中国画学会理事吉林艺术学院美术学院硕士，长春大学美术学院国画系主任，副教授，获吉林省第十届长白山文艺奖“新星奖”长春市首届“长春君子兰文艺奖”作品提名奖。
