周菁：松云堂、淞半斋主，男，1963年2月23日生于上海，广东潮阳人，现为中国美术家协会会员，中国工笔画协会会员，上海美术家协会会员。上海现代水墨书画院副院长，作品以山水为主，亦画人物、花鸟、静物，同时对书法和篆刻也有一定的研究。艺术上力求发扬中国民族文化，吸收各类绘画表现的形式，丰富中国画技巧，充实了自己的绘画语言。
作品曾多次参加上海和全国性的展出，并被社会各界人士所收藏。主要艺术活动由：1998年出版《周菁画集－黑与白系列（雪）》；1998年在上海美术馆举办个人“周菁书画展”。2005年作品《天边的一抹亮色》入选“2005·中国百家金陵画展（中国画）”、作品《窗下展开秦甸月笔端题破锦江春》入选“2005年全国中国画作品展”、2007年–作品《福地》入选第二届“齐白石奖”中国画作品展，获优秀奖。
