崔晓柏，1955年生。下过乡，当过兵。1977年从事专业美术创作，1981年毕业于鲁迅美术学院干部班，曾任过美术编辑，电视编导，现为辽宁美术家协会理事，辽宁画院专职画家。
1983年《婴幼儿体育锻炼》宣传画（合作）全国体育美展，获铜奖，中国美术馆；

Born in 1955. I have been a soldier in the countryside. He was engaged in professional art creation in 1977 and graduated from the cadre class of Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts in 1981. He was once an art editor and TV director. Now he is the director of Liaoning Artists Association and a full-time painter of Liaoning Academy of fine arts.
