陈士富，字仁和，1955年1月生于贵州安顺，现任中国人民革命军事博物馆馆长，中国博物馆协会名誉理事长、中共党史研究会理事、中国美术家协会会员、中国作家协会会员、中国诗书画研究院院长、中国东方白马书画院名誉院长。多次参加国内外美展和参加国家机关举办的为“希望工程”、“彩虹工程”等捐赠作品笔会、捐资助学救灾活动，受到广泛赞誉。
