娄世棠(1926.10—)浙江新昌人。擅长连环画、中国画和水彩画。浙江美术学院毕业。
1952年到中国幻灯公司北京幻灯制片厂从事幻灯、连环画编创工作，北京文化艺术总公司编审。作品有连环画《赵百万》、《小豆儿》(获青年美展三等奖)、《毛主席视察南泥湾》等；水彩画《归牧》、《燕山深处》、《秋林》、《风雨欲来》；中国画《故园景色》、《雪》等。出版有《娄世棠画选》、《铅笔画》和连环画册等。参加编辑画册有《中国高等美术院校人体习作选》、《世界人体绘画选》、《世界人体雕塑选》等。
