郝周明，1971年出生于莱西市。毕业于山东省烟台艺术学校美术系，后进修于青岛教育学院国画系。擅中国画，工笔、写意兼修。主攻花鸟画，人物、山水皆能。先后于2010、2013、2014年研修于北京现代工笔画院，师从著名画家蒋采萍、王天胜、李魁正、刘新华、唐秀玲、莫晓松、王冠军等。现为中国美术家协会会员，中国工笔画学会会员、山东省美术家协会会员、市美术家协会副主席、文化部北京工笔画院画家、北京京华书画院特聘画家。
