许占志，1940年出生于吉林省长春市，擅长中国画。历任长春市艺术高中副校长、校长，长春市文联副主席兼长春书画院院长，市美协主席，吉林省美术家协会副主席、中国画艺委会主任。现为中国美术家协会会员、吉林省文史研究馆馆员、长春市文联副主席、长春市书画院名誉院长、长春市美术家协会主席、长春市政协书画院院长、吉林省美术家协会顾问、吉林省政协书画院顾问。国家一级美术师，享受国务院政府特殊津贴，长春市十位有突出贡献的老艺术家之一和吉林省颁发的“世纪艺术金奖”。1994年被评为长春市首批特殊贡献专家。他擅长山水、花鸟，兼工书法。在深入东北山区的基础上，不断探索新的表现技法。其山水画清秀俊逸，气势恢宏，表现出浓郁的关东风情；花鸟画灵巧奇趣，水墨淋漓，在传统的基础上时出新意，在精熟的笔墨技巧之外，体现了粗犷与清柔、生拙与娇媚的对立统一。他的作品不断地被介绍到海外，曾参加赴日本、新加坡、俄罗斯、澳大利亚等国以及香港、台湾等地展出，并分别在长春、香港举办个人画展。1987年获第20届日本现代水墨画精选展优秀奖。出版有《许占志中国画集》。
