马学鹏(1937.5—)别名廉益，敏求。辽宁省瓦房店人。擅长中国画。中国当代著名画家，关东画派主要领军人物之一。
先后就读于鲁迅美院中国画研究班、广州美院中国画系。中国美术家协会会员，历任沈阳市美协副主席、沈阳画院副院长。现为辽宁省政协委员，沈阳画院名誉院长，中共中央国家机关工委紫光阁画院院士。有作品被中国历史博物馆、中国革命博物馆、毛主席纪念堂、中南海会堂，新加坡博物馆、文物馆等处收藏。出版有《马学鹏国画选》、《马学鹏画集》、《马学鹏国画作品精选》等。
