耿燕芳，笔名耿艺玲，号艺珊，1957年出生于北京。现为甘肃省美术家协会会员，中国艺术出版社社长、北京金大都画院院长，丰台美术家协会理事、甘肃省马家窑文化研究会副会长。中国教育电视台书画艺术工作室副主任。《艺海扬帆》美术名家作品集总策划、主编，《中国水墨画》系列丛书总策划。《东方之韵》当代中国画名家作品美国硌杉矶邀请展系列丛书总策划。
自幼酷爱书画艺术，如醉如痴沉恋于书画艺术的海洋之中。
