陆秀竞，笔名千岩·峥。浙江绍兴人。擅长中国画。1962年入中国美术学院中国画系山水科专业，毕业后在绍兴鲁迅纪念馆、萧山市文化馆、文联任职。西泠书画院常务副院长、一级美术师。作品《东海渔村》获全国首届山水画展铜奖；《老房子》入选时代风采——全国写生画展；《金谷圣寺》入选第九届全国美展。出版有《山水画基础》、《中国山水画技法》；合著出版《少儿中国画教程》。
