董淑嫔，女，1939年12月生.辽宁省旅顺人。中国美术家协会会员；中国当代工笔画学会及东方艺术交流学会会员；北京画院一级美术师。
1963年毕业于北京艺术学院美术系工笔重彩人物画专业，受到了中国民族及西方绘画严格系统地教育。曾师事陈缘督、吴光宇、黄均等艺术教育家。毕业后从事美术教育多年，1980年调至北京画院，作为专业画家从事美术创作。十多年来有大量作品参加了各种国家级以及美国、加拿大、印度、新加坡、日本、罗马尼亚、香港等国家和地区的美展百多次。一些作品被选做美术专业书籍的范国；大量作品被选入各种书刊画册集。出版了多种个人作品的年画、挂历册。作品《葬花》、《双燕图》获北京市文化局、美协年度奖，作品《和和美美》、《佳话新生》、《唐装乐女》、《红叶仕女》、《渡海观音》、《风雪夜归人》等作品为中国美术馆、北京市美协及国内外各美术文化部门所收藏。作品有《箜篌》等。出版有《董淑嫔画集》等。
