李杰，又名永悟，号卧龙山人。1951年生于四川广元，教授，现居成都。毕业于四川美术学院中国画系，先后进修于中央美术学院，湖北美院，中国美院，解放军艺术学院。师承于李文信，冯建吴，黄舜尧，郭克，秦学恭，周少华，石鲁，陆俨少，贾友福。现为中国书法家协会会员，中国版画家协会会员，中国国画家理事，中国书法研究院艺术委员会理事，国家一级美术师，四川省美术家协会山水画艺术委员会委员，中国艺术研究院特邀画家，中国香港东方艺术中心特邀画家，江苏大众书画院特邀画家，甘肃敦煌书画院特邀画家，陕西雍州画院特邀画家，四川师范大学客座教授。
其作品入选《全国第二届山水画展》并获二等奖。《全国第六届，第七届，第八届，第十一届美展》《纪念香港回归全国名家作品邀请展》
《跨世纪全国优秀画家作品展》《蜀道风情》写生创作系列作品，1998年参加中国画研究院联合展。《九寨风情》百米长卷2003年参加人民大会堂收藏展。
曾在法国，德国，荷兰，新加坡，日本，韩国，杭州，南京，青岛，烟台，威海，济南，兰州，银川，西宁，成都，广州，大连等地举办个人画展。

Li Jie, also known as Yongwu, is a Wolong mountain man. Born in Guangyuan, Sichuan Province in 1951, Professor, now living in Chengdu. Graduated from the Department of Chinese painting of Sichuan Academy of fine arts, and successively studied in the Central Academy of fine arts, Hubei Academy of fine arts, China Academy of fine arts and PLA Academy of art. Learning from Li Wenxin, Feng Jianwu, Huang shunyao, Guo Ke, Qin Xuegong, Zhou Shaohua, Shi Lu, Lu Yanshao and Jia Youfu. He is now a member of China Calligrapher Association, China printmaker Association, director of Chinese traditional painter, director of Art Committee of Chinese Calligraphy Academy, national first-class artist, member of Sichuan Artists Association landscape painting art committee, invited painter of China Academy of art, invited painter of China Hong Kong Oriental Art Center, invited painter of Jiangsu popular calligraphy and Painting Institute, Dunhuang calligraphy in Gansu Province. Invited painter of the Academy of painting, invited painter of Shaanxi Yongzhou Academy of painting, visiting professor of Sichuan Normal University.

His works were selected into the second national landscape painting exhibition and won the second prize. "The sixth, seventh, eighth and Eleventh National Art Exhibition" and "invitation exhibition to commemorate the return of Hong Kong to China"

In 1998, he participated in the joint exhibition of Chinese Painting Research Institute. "Jiuzhai customs" 100 meter long volume participated in the collection exhibition of the Great Hall of the people in 2003.
