陈寿荣（1916——2003.8），字春甫，号春翁，山东潍坊人，先宗介祺，清道光进士，翰林院编修，父福兄弟五人均善书法。先生生前为中国美协会员，中国书协会员，西泠印社社员，潍坊渤海诗社顾问，山东万印楼印社社长，潍坊北海书画院名誉院长。
受板桥遗风和家风影响，自幼喜爱书法，迷恋丹青，6岁入塾，捉笔字画，信手涂鸦，初显灵气，14岁榜书潍县仙师庙匾额，世人称奇。16岁以其习作《婴戏图》考入济南国画社。1935年2月，考入北平北华美专。1936年毕业。1937年为北京故宫第一期古画研究员。1938年初，先生回故里潍坊创办国画学校——“虑远阁画庐”。1939年至1979年任潍县和青岛中学美术教师。
陈寿荣先生生前为中国美协会员、中国书协会员、西泠印社社员、潍坊渤海诗社顾问、山东万印楼印社社长、潍坊北海书画院名誉院长。
