应一平，中国水墨画画家，毕业于西安美院。现任西安美术学院学报《西北美术》杂志主编、图书馆副馆长、教授，中国美术家协会会员、中国散文家协会会员，中国散文学会会员。
应一平：出生上海，现居西安。任西安美院学报《西北美术》杂志主编、图书馆副馆长、教授。现为中国美术家协会会员、中国散文家协会会员、中国散文学会会员、陕西省作家协会会员、陕西散文学会会员。兼任：陕西美术博物馆学术委员，西安市文联诗书画研究会副会长，陕西汉阳书画院副院长，西安通元开宝拍卖有限公司艺术顾问，西安雍轩文化交流有限公司艺术顾问，洛阳美术馆艺术顾问。1979年从兰州军区考入西安美院国画系本科并选修花鸟画专业，主攻没骨彩墨花卉。1985年再次考入该校著名人物画家刘文西院长的人物画专业研究生。期间到武汉大学参加中国儒家文化与现代化系列讲座。1988年毕业，获美术学硕士学位。1989年加入香港联合出版社任创作总监。1990年先后起兼任《西北航空》《新疆航空》杂志美术总监。1993年经香港爱达公司推荐以设计专才移居香港，任高级美术师、创作总监。1995年起到欧洲、美洲、澳洲等国的博物馆、美术馆、图书馆游学，汲取东西方文化精华。1996年在美国缅因州波特兰美术学院（ArtInstituteofPortland）开设中国水墨画讲座，同年7月以特殊人才身份移民美国，加入纽约yingsstudio艺术工作室。1997年任西安美院深圳校友会副会长。2004年在西安美院国画系设立“应一平奖学金”。2005年受邀回母校整理馆藏文献并编撰历代藏画出版系列，同时从事古代书画研究及中国人物画教学。2007年自愿放弃美国绿卡身份，正式调入西安美院，从2008年至今，研究论文居陕西省图书馆学会学术成果发布平台个人排名第一名。
