李庚年：1951年生于西安，擅长花鸟、山水画，少年时先后求教国画大师赵望云、李苦禅先生。曾于部队文工团从事舞台美术设计。曾多次赴日本、新加坡、香港等国家和地区举办画展及文化交流。现为中国美协会员，陕西省美协理事，陕西省花鸟画研究会常务副会长、秘书长，陕西省职工美术家协会名誉主席等。
其作品多次参加国内外大展，并在文化部、全国总工会、中国美协、陕西美协等各类画展中获奖。1990年10月在北京举办个人画展、人民日报、中央电视台新闻联播评价其作品“题材广泛、变化微妙、灵秀飘逸、神思潇洒，展示了画家颇具发展的韵律。”现任陕西省花鸟画研究会常务副会长、秘书长、陕西书画艺术研究院名誉院长、中国美协会员、中国美协陕西创作中心副秘书长《陕西花鸟画》报刊主编、“陕西省首届花鸟画展”评委特别奖。主编陕西省人民美术出版社的《陕西花鸟画集》，出版《李庚年画集》三种，发表数百篇论文、散文。
