杨柳，1977年8月生于辽宁省沈阳市，2001年毕业于鲁迅美术学院中国画系学士学位，2005年毕业于鲁迅美术学院中国画系硕士学位。现为鲁迅美术学院中国画系教师，中国美术家协会会员，中国工笔画学会会员，中国蒋兆和研究会会员，文化部艺术服务中心中国美术创作研究基地特聘画家，中国长城书画院理事，辽宁美术家协会会员，沈阳书画院签约画家，北京工笔重彩画会会员。代表作《李老师和王老师》《女人街上的太阳伞》《一、二、三、四、五》《都市晨曲》《育婴嫂》等。
