鞠伏强(1943.9—)江苏扬州人。擅长中国画创作、研究。现为中国美术家协会会员，扬州书画院副院长，国家一级美术师，江苏省国画院特聘画师，扬州市美术家协会名誉主席、扬州市政协常委、江苏省政协委员。
作品《微熹初露》、《砥柱中流》参加第七届、八届全国美展，《万壑中流》、《青山图》、《翠海天翠》、《雨后》等为中国美术馆收藏。出版有《鞠伏强画集》。
鞠伏强“志于道，据于德，依于仁，游于艺。”他饱学中西文化，融汇古今，精心治艺，作品典雅清新，笔墨酣畅淋淳，至力标新，追求不拘一格之画风，深为同道侪朋称道。
鞠伏强，作品多次在《中国画》、《雄师美术》、《艺术家》、《江苏画刊》、《人民日报》、《光明日报》、《香港文汇报》、美国《华侨日报》等报刊杂志发表。作品五幅参加全国美展。《青山图》入选“中国现代美术大展”（北京、东京）；《微熹初露》入选“第七届全国美术作品展”（广州、南京），并获“江苏省专业画院联展”金狮一等奖；《秋水共长天一色》入选“中国名家书画展”（北京）；《秋山图》获“江苏省百家画展”优秀奖；《清溪鸣涧》获“现代书画艺术作品展览”金奖（北京、深圳）；《荷塘月夜》入选美国纽约“中青年名家作品展”（纽约）；《溪山雪后》入选“俄罗斯油画中国画联展”（新加坡）；《磔柱中流》入选“第八届全国美术作品展览”（南京）；《初露》入选“国际水墨画大展”（海口）；《秋风》入选“中国现代绘画展”（日本）。曾分别在香港中艺举办个人画展，在台北举办“鞠伏强山水画展”，次年在台北举办联展、特展，并出版《鞠伏强画集》、《鞠伏强国画精选》。《万壑钟流》、《青山图》、《雨后》、《翠海天地》、《惊鸟鸣涧》等20多幅作品为中国美术馆、中国文化部、省级美术馆收藏，报刊、电视台曾专题介绍，并赴日本、新加坡、马来西亚、澳大利亚、美国等国家和香港地区展出，并举办个人画展。入编《中国当代美术家人名录》、《中国当代文艺界名人大辞典》、《世界名人录》、《中国美术年鉴》等国内外权威名人大辞典和名人录。
