张津津，女，生于天津市，中共党员，硕士研究生，中国美术家协会会员，中国工笔画学会会员，北京美术家协会会员，北京工笔重彩画会会员，北京女美术家联谊会会员，北京书法家协会会员。2007年毕业于东北师范大学美术学院，师从傅宝民教授。2015年毕业于中央美术学院，师从苏百钧教授。现就职于北京市文联。
