李丁陇美术作品

李丁陇，原名玉声，生于河南新蔡顿岗乡下丕岗村。自幼家贫，十几岁曾在县城当徒工，后去陕西闯荡。1937年毕业于上海美术专科学校。后到西安，先后任《艺阵》月刊社社长兼主编、伉俪艺术专科学校校长、中华艺术专科学校校长、陕西省立商业专科学校教授等职。1937年秋去敦煌莫高窟临摹壁画，历时八九个月，吃尽千辛万苦，仅千姿百态的手势就记下了几百种。1941年，他吸取敦煌壁画精华，创作了长四十余尺，画面达400平方尺的长卷《极乐世界图》在美术界引起注意。
抗日战争爆发，国土沦丧，人民受难。李丁陇满腔义愤，不仅通过绘画宣传抗日，还多次举行义卖捐献。敦煌往返，他一路义卖，仅敦煌一地就卖画100张，收入悉数捐献。在西安他任校长的学校，对所有流亡学生一律免收学费、义务教学。他风尘仆仆，奔走于西北各地，多次举办募药画展、救济难童募捐义展等等，用自己的画笔为抗战出力。
1938年，国民党炸开了黄河花园口，使豫东大地黄水连天，哀鸿遍野。1940年，为了把灾区惨象告白于天下，李丁陇从花园口开始，顺着泛区东行，用画笔仔细描绘土地淹没，人畜溺毙的灾情。1945年，他再去泛区，描画泛后良田变沙漠。人民游离失所的苦景。他两次泛区之行，艰苦备尝。整整7个月，大都是在水中作画。两幅《黄泛写真图》，各长40米，展出后，观者无不深受感动。后来，联合国救济总署的克利夫兰，将两幅画的副本拿到美国展出。美国邀请他赴美举行画展，一些国民党要员纷纷找他游说，劝他“不要相信共产党的话”，“到美国去成名发财吧！”李丁陇毅然拒绝去美国，这件事惹恼了国民党当局。李丁陇的画不准再展出出售了，他处处受到刁难，连生活都难以维持，还说要捉拿他。他只身潜往江西避难。在江西他遍访名山大川，不仅饱览了自然风光，还接触到红军长征时的许多动人事迹。一连几个月，他在深山老林里辛勤作画，终于绘成长卷《赣江行迹图》。不久，他回到上海，根据在江西的所见所闻，动手创作连环画《二万五千里长征》。国民党当局侦知后又要捉拿他，他躲到绍兴乡下坚持绘画。上海解放，这部作品马上出版，成为李丁陇冒着生命危险献给新中国的第一束心花。
中华人民共和国成立前夕，李丁陇作为民主建国会的代表到北京参加“政协会议”。遇到了友人董希文，二人商量如何庆祝新中国的成立。后来董希文画了《开国大典》，李丁陇也画了《开国大典》（又名御马图）。李丁陇的画是选取西北少数民族的赛马场景，来表现万民腾跃，欢庆开国的热烈感情。这幅长40米，以赛马情景贯穿，画了骏马五六百匹，骆驼数10峰，人物六七百，形态各异，气韵生动。1950年“五一”劳动节在北京展出时，党和国家领导人及一些著名艺术家都给予很高评价。
建国后，李丁陇专心从事教学，培养新一代美术人才，先后任上海学院、上海商专和上海师范学院教授，桃李遍中国，连日本都有他的学生。1955年，他就曾画过《双百图》一卷，长40米，后来赠给来我国访问的伏洛希罗夫作纪念，由苏联博物馆收藏。近年来，我国有关领导在苏联看到此图，甚为惊叹，但又因国内没有而感到遗憾。李丁陇得知后，从1984年国庆节开始，奋笔3个月，重新创作一幅《双百图》，比原来那一幅扩大一倍，内涵更加丰富。画成以后，见者无不惊诧叹绝。苏步青教授题诗曰：“鸟辟新宇尽欢腾，花缀神州换旧顡。彩笔挥来浑未觉，清音丽色満人间”。1986年3月，他荣获“世界之最金手奖”。
1985年，李丁陇第三次去黄泛区写生。他仍从花园口出发，沿着上两次走过的路线，一笔一笔地记下今日黄泛区的新貌。回上海后，他绘制出220米长卷《黄泛区新貌》。
1989年9月，李丁陇应邀赴日本讲学，受到各界的热烈欢迎。在日本，有人给他准备了优越的工作、生活条件，劝他留在日本；又有人劝他在东京搞个人画展，都被他婉言谢绝。
李丁陇虽然年登耄耋，但不知劳苦，每天三四点钟起床，一直到夜深人静仍挥毫不倦。1989年，他开始为联合国创绘长2000米，总面积1500平方米的长卷画《和平世界图》。此图在他病故前完成，是李丁陇创绘的又一幅长卷画“世界之最”。
1937年，他远赴敦煌学习画技，成为第一个到敦煌探宝的中国画家，集莫高窑历代画法于一身，擅诗、书画、印，尤擅绘长画卷。李丁陇生前任中国八法草堂总堂理事长兼中外各地八法草堂名誉理事长、李丁陇画书研究院名誉院长。
