赵曼，中国美术家协会会员，中国博物馆协会会员。郑州市美术家协会副主席，郑州美术馆郑州画院专业画家，扬州大学艺术学院特聘教授，享受政府特殊津贴专业技术拔尖人才。著作有：个人文集《尘露微吟——赵曼散文集》，中国文联出版社出版；《中国画名家典藏——赵曼》，陕西美术出版社出版；《芳草天涯赵曼人物画集》，河南美术出版社出版；《赵曼人物画》山东美术出版社出版；《流水闲云——赵曼散文集》，中州古籍出版社出版；《荣宝斋期刊推荐艺术家——赵曼》，荣宝斋出版社出版。
毕业于西安美术学院中国画系。以长安画派和浙派诸家为师，兼收并蓄，致力于研究和继承中国画传统写意精神在当代人物画领域的探索和实践，创作了大量表现时代风貌的中国画作品。作品形式多样，题材丰富，代表作品“葵风”系列巨幅，以大写意水墨创作形式，创立了独特的魔幻现实主义中国画风。此外，“芳草天涯”，“世界城市”，古代人物及儿童题材，花鸟、动物小品等作品，水墨酣畅，色彩华美，润泽灵动中见沉着厚重，看似潇洒豪放，却每有巧妙精彩之处，作品不但具有鲜明的笔墨语言和个人风貌，而且从无重复，天然而成。此外，还创作有上百篇艺术随笔和散文作品，文风严谨，清新颖异，深受读者好评。作品多次参加国家级展览并获奖，并被中国人民抗日战争纪念馆，中国国家画院等多家艺术机构和个人收藏，作品授权荣宝斋、荣宝斋全国各地分店及海内外多家代理画廊经营，授权雅昌艺术网鉴定并出具证书，郑州市唐人街文化区赵曼美术馆长期展示作品。
