杜晓波，男，1962年6月生于辽宁昌图宝力镇，号山野村夫、天桥山人、砚田耕夫、老门。1988年进修于鲁迅美术学院国画系，受业于王盛烈、孙恩同等先生。现为中国美术家协会会员：中国工笔画学会会员;中国水墨研究院院士。曾为昌图书画院画家，现为铁岭市文联专职画家。铁岭中山画院副院长。
2002年被国家人事部授予“当代中国画杰出人才奖”作品发表于《中国书画报》、《羲之书画报》、《神州诗书画报》、《美术大观》、《中国美术》、《中国艺苑》、《国画大家》、《美术纵横》、《美术》等百余家报刊杂志。艺术成就被数家媒体作专题艺术报道。
作品二十余次入选中国美协主办的国家级大展，数十件作品被日本、韩国、台湾、新加坡等中外友人及全国各大博物馆、纪念馆及有关机构收藏。先后在安徽、甘肃、山东、福建、广东举办个人画展，2012年被“当代艺术”评为最具收藏升值潜力的画家之一。2013年出版画集：“21世纪中国画坛名家艺术研究杜哓波卷”，由北京工艺美术出版社出版发行。《中国美术家大系-杜晓波卷》，《大家气象-杜晓波卷》
