郑美秋，女，1974年生于辽宁。先后就读于沈阳师范学院、东北师范大学、中国艺术研究院、首都师范大学，获硕士学位。师从蒋采萍先生、郭继英先生、孙志均先生、何家英先生。现为中国美术家协会会员、中国艺术研究院特聘研究员、中国女画家协会理事、国家民族画院画家、国家一级美术师。在中央美术学院继续教育学院、中央文化管理干部学院、李可染画院等多所院校客座讲学。作品以重彩人物画为主，兼修山水与花鸟画。多次在国内国际展览中获奖，曾有三幅作品同时入选第十一届全国美展。
