王义淼(1945.10—)浙江温岭人。擅长中国画。1968年毕业于浙江师范学院中文系。后在金华日报社，金华地区文艺办公室，金华地区群众艺术馆工作。现在浙江师范大学美术学院任教授。作品《霜天》获“中华杯”全国中国画大奖赛佳作奖，《天，地，人》入选第二届中国体育美展，《第一春》入选纪念《讲话》50周年全国美展并获首届全国群星美展铜奖，《寒露》获首届全国中国山水画展铜奖。论文《潘天寿与雁荡山花》等多篇发表于各种书刊。
