刘金标。天津市人。1944年3月出生于河北省安新县。鲁迅美术学院毕业。人民艺术家陈白一先生入门弟子。主攻中国花鸟画、工笔、写意兼作。偶作中国山水画。现为：中国美术家协会会员。中国工笔画学会会员。天津美术家协会会员。天津津门画院常务理事。湖南白一艺术院研究员。湖南省湘西中国画研究中心常务理事。徐悲鸿艺苑特邀画家。
