纪振民，1938年11月生于河北省安国西徐村。笔名虹晨、鸿晨、宏臣，号三山斋主。1964年天津美术学院本科毕业后，一直从事美术教育工作。曾任天津美协理事、天津书协理事，天津美院特聘教授。
现为中国美术家协会会员、天津书法家协会名誉理事、天津美术家协会名誉理事、中国美术教育学会会员、日本元展美术家协会会员。
中国画先后师承溥松窗、孙其峰、张其翼、溥佐、孙克纲、赵松涛诸位先生。
获誉编辑
1984年作品入选第六届全国美展；其作品先后入选纪念毛泽东同志《在延安文艺座谈会上的讲话》发表60周年全国美展、首届中国美术家协会会员中国画精品展。1989年至1999年曾三次获得日本现代绘画展佳作奖。多次入选、获奖、特约与天津市美术作品展览。曾在日本、美国多次举办纪振民山水画展。中共代表团访问英国、荷兰、瑞士、德国时将他的作品作为国礼馈赠出访国元首和政要。多幅作品被国内外博物馆、大学和私人收藏。1988年出版《少年宫美术教材》丛书八册，获徐悲鸿奖学金；1989年获日本现代绘画展佳作奖；1990年天津市弘扬民族文化优秀美术作品展三等奖；1991年出版《少儿美术世界》丛书五册；1994年出版《绘画启蒙训练》上下册；1995年北京东方出版社出版《纪振民山水画集》，天津美院学报《北方美术》介绍纪振民的山水画，天津电视台国际部专题片《朴拙的人，理趣的画》，获海峡两岸绘画比赛金奖；1997年第二次获日本现代绘画展佳作奖，天津电视台专题部专题片《笔下尽收山川奇》；1998年在日本举办山水画展；1999年第三次获日本现代绘画展佳作奖。中国美术家协会于2005年为纪振民印制名片图册。被中共中央宣传部、教育部、文化部授予中国青少年社会教育“银杏奖”突出贡献奖。还曾赴美、英、德、荷兰、瑞士、韩国、新加坡、马来西亚等国展览，并有多册个人专辑出版。辞条辑入《中国现代美术家人名大辞典》、《中国当代艺术界名人录》等。
