周华君(1948.11—)出生于四川，1981年毕业于四川美术学院中国画专业，1994年结业于中国艺术研究院“中国画名家班”，曾任苏东坡博物馆馆长、东坡画院院长，四川眉山地区文联副主席，美协主席，二级美术师。现为中国国际文化艺术交流中心理事；中国美术家协会会员，中国博物馆学会会员；中国传统建筑传统园林学会会员；四川省美协理事。近年旅居法国创作与艺术交流，任法国巴黎文化艺术研究创作中心研究员、客座教授；
其代表作曾获“中国画学术精诚奖”；“中国画三百家”铜奖”；“全国第二届花鸟画展”铜奖；“爱我中华美术大展”银奖；入选日本“当代中国巨匠绘画展”；入选“中华世纪之光中国画提名展”；入选“正当代最具影响力百名画家提名展”；中国新闻电影纪录制片厂曾拍“画家周华君”电影专题片；中央电视台、四川卫视、湖南卫视、山东卫视、《美术》、《中国书画》、《江苏画刊》、《中国画》、《国画家》、《人民日报》、《光明日报》、《四川日报》、《香港文汇报》、《欧洲时报》、《世界报》、《巴黎纳依期刊》等百余种报刊及媒体专题评介和报道；1995年策划并主持“第九届全国当代中国花鸟画邀请展”；其艺术成就入编十余种艺术家辞典；出版个人作品专集二十种。
在中国美术馆、香港、台湾、日本、法国巴黎、里昂、德国科恩等地举办个人画展二十一次；其优秀作品多次参加国内外重大画展；并有多件佳作在深圳动产拍卖行、艺术品拍卖行、北京嘉德拍卖行拍卖；许多佳作被中国美术馆等海内外收藏机构、收藏家、以及美术馆、博物馆收藏。

Zhou Huajun (1948.11 -) was born in Sichuan, graduated from the Chinese painting major of Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts in 1981, and graduated from the "famous Chinese painting class" of China Academy of art in 1994.
