臧恒望，别名臧恒旺。山东诸城人。擅长年画、中国画。中国美术家协会会员，山东省美术家协会理事，潍坊市美术家协会副主席，潍坊市人大代表，山东工艺美术学院兼职教授，诸城市书法美术协会主席。
1980年毕业于山东省工艺美术学校
1983年在山东艺术学院年画专业进修。
山东省诸城市文化馆副研究员。
作品《三月三》（合作）获第六届全国美展银奖，中国美术馆收藏　；
《甘妹子》获第五届全国年画展三等奖并入选纪念《讲话》发表50周年全国美展；《乡路》　入选第七届全国美展。
出版有《臧恒望画家作品集》。
美术作品入选由文化部中国美术家协会主办的第六、
七、九、十、十一届全国美展，
其中《三月三》合作，获第六届全国美展银质奖，《福满人间》获第九届全国美展铜奖，《禧盈千花帐》获第十届全国美展优秀奖，均由中国美术馆收藏。
《福满人间》由中国美协选送日本国以《现代中国美术》为题在福冈亚洲美术馆等六大国家美术馆、博物馆展出。
美术作品入选《中国美术馆庆祝建馆30周年馆藏精品特展》、《20世纪中国美术——中国美术馆藏品选集》、《中国现代美术全集》。
曾有多件作品在中央电视台、人民日报、美术杂志等，多家新闻单位报道、出版、发表。
