何兴泉(1964.9—)浙江绍兴人。擅长中国画。1992年毕业于中国美术学院国画系人物专业。现任杭州师院美术系讲师。作品《不朽的篇章——文学篇》入选第八届全国美展；《茶馆》入选全国中国画人物画展；《铁流》入选建军70周年美展。著有《图解速写技法》。
