笔名（石松）1956年出生，中国美术家协会会员，陕西省国画院专业画家。2012年任陕西省国画院业务办主任。
1986年作品《林间》被中国美术馆收藏；
1994年作品《古老的东方有一条河》入选全国第八届美展；
1998年作品《故乡梦游》入选广东省首届中国画展获铜奖；
2002年作品《春风拂醒的故园》入选由中国美协举办的《二00二全国中国画展》；
2003年作品《家在蜀山横云处》入选西部大地情全国中国画大展，获铜奖；
作品《苏醒》入选由中国美协主办的《迎十六大西部大地情全国中国画展》获优秀奖；
作品分别在《陕西画报》、《国画家》、《美术大观》、香港《收藏家》、香港《文汇报》、《中日艺术交流》等刊物发表，出版有《季秀伟山水画集》；
2003年作品《梦回故园》入选第二届全国中国画展获优秀奖；
2004年作品《紫色晨光》入选第十届全国美展；
