蔡晓斌，汉族，甘肃省天水市秦安县人，毕业于西安美术学院，油画专业，学士学位。
1999年-2002年秦安县第一中学学生高中毕业
2002年-2006年西安美术学院学生大学本科，学士学位
2006年-2009年暂住西安油画创作，临时代课
2009年-2011年秦安县图书馆图书管理
