邵春萍，生于山东淄博，当代中国画画家，齐鲁美术馆馆长，现为中国美术家协会会员，中国美术家协会齐鲁美术馆馆长，中国美术家协会齐鲁创作中心主任。自幼喜爱中国画艺术，专攻中国山水画，对历代山水画大家如：四王、石涛、八大山人、黄宾鸿等有较深入的研究和临摹，特别是对黄宾鸿的研究使其对中国画的笔墨和精神有了更准确的把握，对其山水画的创作产生了深刻影响，作平古朴深厚、大巧若拙。多次参加了全国美展，入编多种画集，并组织承办《首届中国美协会员中国画精品大展》等重大美术活动，为美术事业的发展做出了贡献，是当代有卓越艺术成就的国画家。
