周占熊(1924.11—已故)别名见荀，江苏沭阳人。擅长绘画、美术评论。1940年学习于鲁迅艺术学院美术系。后在新四军从事美术工作。历任《苏北日报》、《新华日报》主编，江苏人民出版社总编，中国包装进出口公司江苏省分公司经理。作品有《五·四土改后的喜悦》、《陈毅军长在苏北敌后》等。
