薛锋(1928.8—)江苏扬州人，擅长美术史论、中国画。1947年参加复旦大学地下学联活动。1949年后历任扬州市文化馆副馆长，扬州市美协副主席。扬州国画院画师，清代扬州画派研究会名誉会长、江苏美术馆鉴定顾问。曾主编《扬州文艺》、《扬州八怪研究资料丛书》，与王学林编撰《简明美术辞典》，与薛永年合著《扬州八怪与扬州商业》，与薛翔合撰《髡残》等专著，与周积寅主编《中国画派研究丛书》及《中国美术史》清代卷。
