周杏生（1922—）江苏吴县人。擅长连环画。1950年任上海连环画家联谊会常务理事，1960年任上海人民美术出版社连环画创作室副主任。连环画有《桃李劫》、《黄巢起义》、《赵一曼》《杨家将》、《血泪仇》等。
周杏生1922年3月出生于旧中国上海一个普通贫民的家庭里。青年时期在其兄周野生的影响下开始从事连环画创作生涯，后来又在中共地下党员沈凡，赵宠本的帮助引导下参加了“图文出版社”。1949年7月，赵宏本、卢世澄和他发起组织了“新声”出版社，出版发行了《赵一曼》、《血泪记》、《团圆之后》（笔名：苏星）等40余部，1958-1960年他在浙江美术学院中国画系进修班深造，师从潘天寿、黄宾虹大师，数十年来创作中国山水画数百幅。
