蒋一功(1944.2—)字逸公，河北大名人。擅长中国画。1969年毕业于西安美院国画系。后在宝鸡市解放电影院，河滨影剧院任美工兼宣传组长。1984年调宝鸡市群众艺术馆任美术干部，1991年任教西安冶金建筑学院建筑系。作品《家住黄土高坡》入选第七届全国美展；《劲草》入选建党七十周年全国美展等。
