延佳黎，女，中国美术家协会会员，1987年考入西安美术学院。
1991年毕业留校，在国画系任教至今。
作品多次参加全国美展。
“梦里家乡披绿装”于第十届全国美展获奖；入选韩国四城市巡展并被中国美术馆收藏；入选《中国美术馆馆藏精品展》巡展2004年9月，国画作品《梦里家乡披绿装》参加第十届全国美展，获优秀作品奖
2004年12月，参加第十届全国美展获奖作品展，中国美术馆
2005年1月21日——6月26日，入选参加“中国美术之今日”展，赴韩国巡展
2008年9月10日至2009年4月26日，入选“长风万里西部情—中国美术馆馆藏精品展”
分别在：陕西省美术博物馆、上海美术馆、厦门美术馆、湖北省艺术馆巡展。入编《长风万里西部情——中国美术馆馆藏精品展》画册。
2009年10月，国画作品《不尽山云故乡情》入选参加第十一届全国美展，上海展区。
