张丽华，1958年出生于山东省广饶县。1983年毕业并执教于山东艺术学院。中国画教授，硕士生导师，中国画研究所所长，中国美术家协会会员，山东美术家协会会员，山东省连环画研究会会员，山东画院高级画师。

中国画《瑞雪》获第六届全国美展优秀奖并被中国美术馆收藏，中国画《时刻准备着》获“纪念毛泽东同志《在延安文艺座谈会上的讲话》发表60周年全国美展”铜奖。于人民美术出版社出版连环画、组画20余种，于《连环画报》、《中国连环画》、《富春江画报》等处发表连环画、组画30余套。工笔组画《唐诗》获文化部“1982—1988年全国少儿读物一等奖”，连环画《银针宝衣》获文化部“第二届全国少儿读物一等奖”。所主持速写课程被评为山东省“精品课程”，定为中国高等教育“十一五”、“十二五”全国规划教材，由人民美术出版社等多家出版。完成泰山宾馆《东君出行图》、泉城路《老残听曲》、泰安高铁站《泰山颂》等壁画、雕塑设计稿多种。

诗歌、散文数十篇发表于《山东文学》、《当代小说》等杂志。论文80余篇发表于《美术研究》、《美术观察》、《造型艺术研究》等国家级专业报刊；由人民美术出版社、中国纺织、山东、海潮等多家美术出版社出版《创作与构图》、《速写新视点》、《中国人物画技巧与创作》、《白描教程》、《风景速写》、《坡上行》等画集、专著43种，分获山东省文化厅、教育厅优秀成果一、二等奖。
