李振奎，1957年生于山东淄博，淄博科技报社美术部主任，主任编辑，中国陶瓷馆研究员，中国美术家协会会员。
现就读于中国艺术研究院研究生院杜滋龄工作室。
1984年至1986年由山西青年杂志社出版连环画《蒲松龄摆茶摊》、《东岳庙里无郑字》、《牛顿求婚》。
1991年由福建省少儿出版社连环画《李沅为官贵真诚》。
2004年入选由中国美术家协会主办的2004年全国中国画作品展。
2005年入选由中国美术家协会主办的2005年“纪念抗日战争胜利60周年”全国中国画作品展。
2005年入选由中国美术家协会主办的“纪念蒲松龄诞辰365周年暨中国画家提名展”并获优秀作品奖；
2005年入选由中国美术家协会主办的“第十八次新人新作展”；
2005年入选由中国美术家协会主办的“胥口、太湖情”全国中国画提名展：
2006年入选由中国美术家协会主办的“全国中国画作品展”；2007年入选由中国美术家协会中国画艺术委员会主办的第三届全国中国画展。

Li zhenkui, born in 1957 in Zibo, Shandong Province, director and editor of Art Department of Zibo science and technology newspaper, researcher of China Ceramics Museum, member of China Artists Association.

He is currently studying in the studio of Du Ziling, Graduate School of China Academy of Arts.

From 1984 to 1986, Shanxi Youth magazine published comic books Pu Songling's tea stand, no Zheng character in Dongyue Temple and Newton's proposal.

In 1991, the comic book Li Yuan was published by Fujian children's publishing house.

In 2004, he was selected into the 2004 National Exhibition of Chinese painting works sponsored by China Artists Association.

In 2005, it was selected into the National Exhibition of Chinese painting works "commemorating the 60th anniversary of the victory of the Anti Japanese War" sponsored by the Chinese Artists Association.

In 2005, he was selected into the "365th anniversary of Pu Songling's birth and Nomination Exhibition of Chinese painters" sponsored by China Artists Association and won the award of excellent works;
