秦卫东：笔名秦晋，(1952.4—)，江苏泰兴人，擅长中国画。家学渊远，世代文人，自幼习书画，得到省内外诸多名人指点，对传统中国绘画、书法作过系统的学习和研究。
1971年在北京军区创作室工作；1987年毕业于复旦大学；1987年在江苏省国画院任创作员，深研傅抱石山水艺术。1987年-2002年担任江苏省国画院总支副书记。中国美术家协会会员，江苏省美术家协会理事，江苏省书法家协会理事。南京大学教授。江苏省国画院专业画家，国家一级美术师。
作品《擎天柱》入选全国科普美展；《红楼梦》入选第六届全国美展；《赤水河畔》获庆祝建军六十周年美展优秀奖；《瑶家女》等五件入选新人新作展览；《逐春图》入选纪念《讲话》发表50周年全国美展；《春江放筏》入选全国首届中国山水画展览。作品曾多次参加国家及省市和美国、加拿大、日本、新加坡、香港、台湾等地美展并获奖。
