张毅敏，河南省新密市人，毕业于河南大学美术系。现任武警河南省消防总队大校，中国美术家协会会员，中国国画家协会理事，河南省美术家协会理事，河南省美术家协会花鸟画艺术委员会副主任，河南省书画院特聘画家，河南省花鸟画研究会副会长，中国美协上海创作中心特聘书画家，中国书法艺术研究院研究员，河南省直书画院副院长，长城书画院副院长，炎黄书画院副院长，山东天香书画院荣誉教授，擅长画麻雀、石榴、竹子，作品特点取法自然、雅俗共赏。代表作《逆风》在香港、台湾、郑州等地展出并在国家级报刊上发表，深受赞誉；
