丁明，南京人，祖籍山东日照。现为中国美术家协会会员，中国工笔画学会会员，江苏省文联书画研究中心研究员，南京市文学艺术界联合会委员，南京市美术家协会理事，南京书画院特聘画家，2012年度南京市优秀画家。九三社员，第十一届南京市秦淮区政协委员。多年来工笔花鸟画得喻继高先生亲教，2009年于南京艺术学院研究生课程班学习，师从江宏伟、孔六庆教授。
